Na\u0161 zakoniti interes izhaja iz zgoraj navedenih namenov zbiranja podatkov. Pri tem je potrebna navedba veljavnega e-po\u0161tnega naslova, da vemo, od koga prihaja povpra\u0161evanje in da lahko nanj odgovorimo. Dodatne informacije so prostovoljne. Obdelava podatkov za namen vzpostavitve stika z nami poteka v skladu s \u010dlenom 6(1)(a) GDPR na podlagi va\u0161e prostovoljno dane privolitve. Osebni podatki, ki jih zberemo za uporabo kontaktnega obrazca, se po re\u0161itvi va\u0161ega povpra\u0161evanja samodejno izbri\u0161ejo.<\/p>\n\n <h2>3. Posredovanje podatkov<\/h2>\n <p>Posredovanje va\u0161ih osebnih podatkov tretjim osebam za druge namene, kot so navedeni v nadaljevanju, se ne izvaja. Slu\u017eijo shranjevanju podatkov o va\u0161em obisku in za prepoznavanje ter za statisti\u010dno zajemanje, izbolj\u0161anje in zagotavljanje delovanja na\u0161e spletne strani. Pravna podlaga za to je \u00a7 6(1)(f) GDPR. Za\u010dasni pi\u0161kotki se po zapustitvi spletne strani izbri\u0161ejo. Ve\u010dina brskalnikov pi\u0161kotke sprejema samodejno. Vendar pa lahko svoj brskalnik nastavite tako, da se na va\u0161em ra\u010dunalniku ne shranjujejo pi\u0161kotki ali da se pred ustvarjanjem novega pi\u0161kotka vedno prika\u017ee opozorilo. Popolna onemogo\u010ditev pi\u0161kotkov pa lahko povzro\u010di, da ne boste mogli uporabljati vseh funkcij na\u0161e spletne strani.<\/p>\n\n <h2>5. Orodja za analizo<\/h2>\n <p>Na na\u0161i spletni strani uporabljamo storitev za analizo spletnih strani Google Analytics, spletno analiti\u010dno storitev podjetja Google Inc. (https:\/\/www.google.de\/intl\/de\/about\/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, ZDA; v nadaljevanju “Google”). V tem okviru se ustvarjajo psevdonimizirani uporabni\u0161ki profili in uporabljajo pi\u0161kotki (glej to\u010dko 4). Informacije, ki jih pi\u0161kotek ustvari o va\u0161i uporabi te spletne strani, kot so tip\/razli\u010dica brskalnika, uporabljeni operacijski sistem, Referrer-URL (prej obiskana stran), ime gostitelja dostopajo\u010dega ra\u010dunalnika (IP-naslov), \u010das zahteve stre\u017enika, se prenesejo na stre\u017enik podjetja Google v ZDA in tam shranijo. Informacije se uporabljajo za ocenjevanje uporabe spletne strani, za sestavljanje poro\u010dil o dejavnostih na spletni strani in za zagotavljanje drugih storitev, povezanih z uporabo spletne strani in interneta, za namene tr\u017enih raziskav in prilagojenega oblikovanja teh spletnih strani. Te informacije se lahko prenesejo tudi tretjim osebam, \u010de je to zakonsko predpisano ali \u010de tretje osebe te podatke obdelujejo po naro\u010dilu. V nobenem primeru va\u0161 IP-naslov ne bo zdru\u017een z drugimi podatki podjetja Google. IP-naslovi so anonimizirani, tako da dodelitev ni mogo\u010da (IP-maskiranje). Namestitev pi\u0161kotkov lahko prepre\u010dite z ustrezno nastavitvijo programske opreme brskalnika; vendar opozarjamo, da v tem primeru morda ne boste mogli v celoti uporabljati vseh funkcij te spletne strani. Poleg tega lahko prepre\u010dite zbiranje podatkov, ki jih ustvari pi\u0161kotek in se nana\u0161ajo na va\u0161o uporabo spletne strani (vklj. z va\u0161im IP-naslovom), ter obdelavo teh podatkov s strani Googla, tako da prenesete in namestite dodatek za brskalnik (https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout?hl=sl). Dodatne informacije o varstvu podatkov v povezavi z Google Analytics najdete v pomo\u010di za Google Analytics (https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/6004245?hl=de). Pri uporabi storitve Google Adwords Conversion Tracking se na va\u0161o napravo namesti pi\u0161kotek, \u010de ste na to stran pri\u0161li preko oglasa na Googlu. To slu\u017ei analizi in statisti\u010dni oceni uporabe spletne strani. Pi\u0161kotek je veljaven 30 dni. Identifikacija osebe se ne izvaja, vendar se opazuje, ali je uporabnik na stran pri\u0161el preko Googlovega oglasa. To uporabo lahko prepre\u010dite tako, da v nastavitvah brskalnika zavrnete name\u0161\u010danje ustreznih pi\u0161kotkov.<\/p>\n \n <h2>6. Vti\u010dniki dru\u017ebenih omre\u017eij<\/h2>\n <p>Na podlagi \u010dlena 6(1)(f) GDPR se vti\u010dniki, povezave in gumbi do spletnih strani dru\u017ebenih medijev uporabljajo za namene ogla\u0161evanja in informiranja. Z vgradnjo teh elementov se ob obisku na\u0161e strani podatki prenesejo ustreznim ponudnikom dru\u017ebenih medijev, po potrebi tudi v tretje dr\u017eave. Te podatke ponudniki shranijo in obdelajo; zlasti lahko ponudnik, \u010de ste hkrati prijavljeni pri ponudnikih dru\u017ebenih medijev, prepozna obisk na\u0161e spletne strani. Tudi \u010de objave z na\u0161e spletne strani v dru\u017ebenem omre\u017eju “delite” ali kako druga\u010de posredujete (“v\u0161e\u010dkate”), se to posreduje ponudniku in ta to shrani, po potrebi tudi v va\u0161em uporabni\u0161kem profilu. Dru\u017ebena omre\u017eja te podatke uporabljajo za poslovne namene, tr\u017eenje, ogla\u0161evanje in druge namene, zlasti tudi za ustvarjanje profilov o vas in za zagotavljanje personaliziranega ogla\u0161evanja. Namen in obseg zbiranja podatkov ter nadaljnjo obdelavo in uporabo podatkov s strani Facebooka ter va\u0161e pravice in mo\u017enosti nastavitev za za\u0161\u010dito va\u0161e zasebnosti najdete v Facebookovih navodilih o varstvu podatkov (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy\/).<\/p>\n \n <h2>7. Varnost podatkov<\/h2>\n <p>Za zagotavljanje varnosti podatkov se prenos vsebine na\u0161e spletne strani izvaja \u0161ifrirano po postopku SSL v skladu s stanjem tehnike. Za zavarovanje podatkov mi in poobla\u0161\u010deni ponudniki storitev, s katerimi so bili sklenjeni ustrezni pogodbeni dogovori, uporabljamo primerne ukrepe v skladu s stanjem tehnike, zlasti za omejitev dostopa do podatkov, za za\u0161\u010dito pred spremembami in izgubo ter za zaupnost v skladu s stanjem tehnike.<\/p>\n \n <h2>9. Na\u0161 zakoniti interes izhaja iz zgoraj navedenih namenov zbiranja podatkov. Za prejemanje e-novic zadostuje navedba e-po\u0161tnega naslova. Odjava je mogo\u010da kadarkoli, na primer preko povezave na koncu vsakih e-novic. Alternativno nam lahko svojo \u017eeljo po odjavi kadarkoli sporo\u010dite preko zgoraj navedenih kontaktnih podatkov, po e-po\u0161ti, telefaksu ali po\u0161ti.<\/p>\n \n <h3>c) Ob uporabi na\u0161ega kontaktnega obrazca<\/h3>\n <p>Za vpra\u0161anja kakr\u0161nekoli vrste vam ponujamo mo\u017enost, da stopite v stik z nami preko obrazca, ki je na voljo na spletni strani. Pri tem je potrebna navedba veljavnega e-po\u0161tnega naslova, da vemo, od koga prihaja povpra\u0161evanje in da lahko nanj odgovorimo. Dodatne informacije so prostovoljne. Obdelava podatkov za namen vzpostavitve stika z nami poteka v skladu s \u010dlenom 6(1)(a) GDPR na podlagi va\u0161e prostovoljno dane privolitve. Osebni podatki, ki jih zberemo za uporabo kontaktnega obrazca, se po re\u0161itvi va\u0161ega povpra\u0161evanja samodejno izbri\u0161ejo.<\/p>\n\n <h2>3. Posredovanje podatkov<\/h2>\n <p>Posredovanje va\u0161ih osebnih podatkov tretjim osebam za druge namene, kot so navedeni v nadaljevanju, se ne izvaja. Pi\u0161kotki<\/h2>\n <p>Za delovanje spletne strani uporabljamo pi\u0161kotke. To so datoteke, ki jih va\u0161 brskalnik ob obisku na\u0161e spletne strani shrani na va\u0161i kon\u010dni napravi. Slu\u017eijo shranjevanju podatkov o va\u0161em obisku in za prepoznavanje ter za statisti\u010dno zajemanje, izbolj\u0161anje in zagotavljanje delovanja na\u0161e spletne strani. Pravna podlaga za to je \u00a7 6(1)(f) GDPR. Za\u010dasni pi\u0161kotki se po zapustitvi spletne strani izbri\u0161ejo. Ve\u010dina brskalnikov pi\u0161kotke sprejema samodejno. Vendar pa lahko svoj brskalnik nastavite tako, da se na va\u0161em ra\u010dunalniku ne shranjujejo pi\u0161kotki ali da se pred ustvarjanjem novega pi\u0161kotka vedno prika\u017ee opozorilo. Popolna onemogo\u010ditev pi\u0161kotkov pa lahko povzro\u010di, da ne boste mogli uporabljati vseh funkcij na\u0161e spletne strani.<\/p>\n\n <h2>5. Orodja za analizo<\/h2>\n <p>Na na\u0161i spletni strani uporabljamo storitev za analizo spletnih strani Google Analytics, spletno analiti\u010dno storitev podjetja Google Inc. (https:\/\/www.google.de\/intl\/de\/about\/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, ZDA; v nadaljevanju “Google”). V tem okviru se ustvarjajo psevdonimizirani uporabni\u0161ki profili in uporabljajo pi\u0161kotki (glej to\u010dko 4). Informacije, ki jih pi\u0161kotek ustvari o va\u0161i uporabi te spletne strani, kot so tip\/razli\u010dica brskalnika, uporabljeni operacijski sistem, Referrer-URL (prej obiskana stran), ime gostitelja dostopajo\u010dega ra\u010dunalnika (IP-naslov), \u010das zahteve stre\u017enika, se prenesejo na stre\u017enik podjetja Google v ZDA in tam shranijo. Informacije se uporabljajo za ocenjevanje uporabe spletne strani, za sestavljanje poro\u010dil o dejavnostih na spletni strani in za zagotavljanje drugih storitev, povezanih z uporabo spletne strani in interneta, za namene tr\u017enih raziskav in prilagojenega oblikovanja teh spletnih strani. Te informacije se lahko prenesejo tudi tretjim osebam, \u010de je to zakonsko predpisano ali \u010de tretje osebe te podatke obdelujejo po naro\u010dilu. V nobenem primeru va\u0161 IP-naslov ne bo zdru\u017een z drugimi podatki podjetja Google. IP-naslovi so anonimizirani, tako da dodelitev ni mogo\u010da (IP-maskiranje). Namestitev pi\u0161kotkov lahko prepre\u010dite z ustrezno nastavitvijo programske opreme brskalnika; vendar opozarjamo, da v tem primeru morda ne boste mogli v celoti uporabljati vseh funkcij te spletne strani. Poleg tega lahko prepre\u010dite zbiranje podatkov, ki jih ustvari pi\u0161kotek in se nana\u0161ajo na va\u0161o uporabo spletne strani (vklj. z va\u0161im IP-naslovom), ter obdelavo teh podatkov s strani Googla, tako da prenesete in namestite dodatek za brskalnik (https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout?hl=sl). Dodatne informacije o varstvu podatkov v povezavi z Google Analytics najdete v pomo\u010di za Google Analytics (https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/6004245?hl=de). Pri uporabi storitve Google Adwords Conversion Tracking se na va\u0161o napravo namesti pi\u0161kotek, \u010de ste na to stran pri\u0161li preko oglasa na Googlu. To slu\u017ei analizi in statisti\u010dni oceni uporabe spletne strani. Pi\u0161kotek je veljaven 30 dni. Identifikacija osebe se ne izvaja, vendar se opazuje, ali je uporabnik na stran pri\u0161el preko Googlovega oglasa. To uporabo lahko prepre\u010dite tako, da v nastavitvah brskalnika zavrnete name\u0161\u010danje ustreznih pi\u0161kotkov.<\/p>\n \n <h2>6. Vti\u010dniki dru\u017ebenih omre\u017eij<\/h2>\n <p>Na podlagi \u010dlena 6(1)(f) GDPR se vti\u010dniki, povezave in gumbi do spletnih strani dru\u017ebenih medijev uporabljajo za namene ogla\u0161evanja in informiranja. Z vgradnjo teh elementov se ob obisku na\u0161e strani podatki prenesejo ustreznim ponudnikom dru\u017ebenih medijev, po potrebi tudi v tretje dr\u017eave. Te podatke ponudniki shranijo in obdelajo; zlasti lahko ponudnik, \u010de ste hkrati prijavljeni pri ponudnikih dru\u017ebenih medijev, prepozna obisk na\u0161e spletne strani. Tudi \u010de objave z na\u0161e spletne strani v dru\u017ebenem omre\u017eju “delite” ali kako druga\u010de posredujete (“v\u0161e\u010dkate”), se to posreduje ponudniku in ta to shrani, po potrebi tudi v va\u0161em uporabni\u0161kem profilu. Dru\u017ebena omre\u017eja te podatke uporabljajo za poslovne namene, tr\u017eenje, ogla\u0161evanje in druge namene, zlasti tudi za ustvarjanje profilov o vas in za zagotavljanje personaliziranega ogla\u0161evanja. Namen in obseg zbiranja podatkov ter nadaljnjo obdelavo in uporabo podatkov s strani Facebooka ter va\u0161e pravice in mo\u017enosti nastavitev za za\u0161\u010dito va\u0161e zasebnosti najdete v Facebookovih navodilih o varstvu podatkov (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/about\/privacy\/).<\/p>\n \n <h2>7. Varnost podatkov<\/h2>\n <p>Za zagotavljanje varnosti podatkov se prenos vsebine na\u0161e spletne strani izvaja \u0161ifrirano po postopku SSL v skladu s stanjem tehnike. Za zavarovanje podatkov mi in poobla\u0161\u010deni ponudniki storitev, s katerimi so bili sklenjeni ustrezni pogodbeni dogovori, uporabljamo primerne ukrepe v skladu s stanjem tehnike, zlasti za omejitev dostopa do podatkov, za za\u0161\u010dito pred spremembami in izgubo ter za zaupnost v skladu s stanjem tehnike.<\/p>\n \n <h2>9.
