2. Erhebung und Speicherung personenbezogener Daten sowie Art und Zweck von deren Verwendung

a) Beim Besuch der Website

Beim Aufrufen unserer Website werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät zum Einsatz kommenden Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server unserer Website gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sog. Logfile gespeichert. Folgende Informationen werden dabei ohne Ihr Zutun erfasst und bis zur automatisierten Löschung gespeichert:

Die genannten Daten werden durch uns zu folgenden Zwecken verarbeitet:

  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Verbindungsaufbaus der Website,
  • Gewährleistung einer komfortablen Nutzung unserer Website,
  • Auswertung der Systemsicherheit und -stabilität sowie
  • zu weiteren administrativen Zwecken.

Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse folgt aus oben aufgelisteten Zwecken zur Datenerhebung. In keinem Fall verwenden wir die erhobenen Daten zu dem Zweck, Rückschlüsse auf Ihre Person zu ziehen.

b) Bei Anmeldung für unseren Newsletter

Sofern Sie nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO ausdrücklich eingewilligt haben, verwenden wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse dafür, Ihnen regelmäßig unseren Newsletter zu übersenden. Für den Empfang des Newsletters ist die Angabe einer E-Mail-Adresse ausreichend. Die Abmeldung ist jederzeit möglich, zum Beispiel über einen Link am Ende eines jeden Newsletters. Bei Fragen jeglicher Art bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, mit uns über ein auf der Website bereitgestelltes Formular Kontakt aufzunehmen. Dabei ist die Angabe einer gültigen E-Mail-Adresse erforderlich, damit wir wissen, von wem die Anfrage stammt und um diese beantworten zu können. Weitere Angaben können freiwillig getätigt werden. Die Datenverarbeitung zum Zwecke der Kontaktaufnahme mit uns erfolgt nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO auf Grundlage Ihrer freiwillig erteilten Einwilligung. Die für die Benutzung des Kontaktformulars von uns erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden nach Erledigung der von Ihnen gestellten Anfrage automatisch gelöscht.

3. Weitergabe von Daten

Eine Übermittlung Ihrer persönlichen Daten an Dritte zu anderen als den im Folgenden aufgeführten Zwecken findet nicht statt. Wir geben Ihre persönlichen Daten nur an Dritte weiter, wenn:

  • Sie Ihre nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO ausdrückliche Einwilligung dazu erteilt haben,

Für den Betrieb der Webseite nutzen wir Cookies. Dies sind Dateien, die ihr Browser bei Besuch unserer Webseite auf ihrem Endgerät speichert. Zur Gewährung der Datensicherheit erfolgt die Übertragung der Inhalte unserer Webseite verschlüsselt nach dem SSL Verfahren gemäß dem Stand der Technik. a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

We use cookies for the operation of the website. These are files that your browser stores on your device when you visit our website. They are used to store data about your visit and for recognition, as well as for the statistical collection, improvement, and guaranteeing the operation of our website. 2. Zbiranje in shranjevanje osebnih podatkov ter vrsta in namen njihove uporabe

a) Ob obisku spletne strani

Ob obisku naše spletne strani brskalnik, ki se uporablja na vaši končni napravi, samodejno pošilja informacije strežniku naše spletne strani. Te informacije se začasno shranijo v t.i. dnevniško datoteko. Naslednje informacije se zbirajo brez vašega posredovanja in shranijo do samodejnega izbrisa:

  • IP-naslov zahtevajočega računalnika,
  • Datum in čas dostopa,
  • Ime in URL pridobljene datoteke,
  • Spletna stran, s katere je bil dostop izveden (Referrer-URL),
  • Uporabljeni brskalnik in po potrebi operacijski sistem vašega računalnika ter ime vašega ponudnika dostopa.

Navedene podatke obdelujemo za naslednje namene:

  • Zagotavljanje nemotene vzpostavitve povezave s spletno stranjo,
  • Zagotavljanje udobne uporabe naše spletne strani,
  • Ocenjevanje varnosti in stabilnosti sistema ter
  • za druge administrativne namene.

Pravna podlaga za obdelavo podatkov je člen 6(1)(f) GDPR. Naš zakoniti interes izhaja iz zgoraj navedenih namenov zbiranja podatkov. V nobenem primeru zbranih podatkov ne uporabljamo za sklepanje o vaši osebi.

b) Ob prijavi na naše e-novice

Če ste v skladu s členom 6(1)(a) GDPR izrecno privolili, bomo vaš e-poštni naslov uporabili za redno pošiljanje naših e-novic. Za prejemanje e-novic zadostuje navedba e-poštnega naslova. Odjava je mogoča kadarkoli, na primer preko povezave na koncu vsakih e-novic. Alternativno nam lahko svojo željo po odjavi kadarkoli sporočite preko zgoraj navedenih kontaktnih podatkov, po e-pošti, telefaksu ali pošti.

c) Ob uporabi našega kontaktnega obrazca

Za vprašanja kakršnekoli vrste vam ponujamo možnost, da stopite v stik z nami preko obrazca, ki je na voljo na spletni strani. Pri tem je potrebna navedba veljavnega e-poštnega naslova, da vemo, od koga prihaja povpraševanje in da lahko nanj odgovorimo. Dodatne informacije so prostovoljne. Obdelava podatkov za namen vzpostavitve stika z nami poteka v skladu s členom 6(1)(a) GDPR na podlagi vaše prostovoljno dane privolitve. Osebni podatki, ki jih zberemo za uporabo kontaktnega obrazca, se po rešitvi vašega povpraševanja samodejno izbrišejo.

3. Posredovanje podatkov

Posredovanje vaših osebnih podatkov tretjim osebam za druge namene, kot so navedeni v nadaljevanju, se ne izvaja. Vaše osebne podatke posredujemo tretjim osebam le, če:

  • ste za to podali izrecno privolitev v skladu s členom 6(1)(a) GDPR,
  • je posredovanje potrebno za uveljavljanje, izvajanje ali obrambo pravnih zahtevkov v skladu s členom 6(1)(f) GDPR in ni razloga za domnevo, da imate prevladujoč legitimen interes za neposredovanje vaših podatkov,
  • v primeru, da za posredovanje obstaja zakonska obveznost v skladu s členom 6(1)(c) GDPR, ter
  • je to zakonsko dopustno in potrebno za izvajanje pogodbenih razmerij z vami v skladu s členom 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Piškotki

Za delovanje spletne strani uporabljamo piškotke. To so datoteke, ki jih vaš brskalnik ob obisku naše spletne strani shrani na vaši končni napravi. Služijo shranjevanju podatkov o vašem obisku in za prepoznavanje ter za statistično zajemanje, izboljšanje in zagotavljanje delovanja naše spletne strani. Pravna podlaga za to je § 6(1)(f) GDPR. Začasni piškotki se po zapustitvi spletne strani izbrišejo. Večina brskalnikov piškotke sprejema samodejno. Vendar pa lahko svoj brskalnik nastavite tako, da se na vašem računalniku ne shranjujejo piškotki ali da se pred ustvarjanjem novega piškotka vedno prikaže opozorilo. Popolna onemogočitev piškotkov pa lahko povzroči, da ne boste mogli uporabljati vseh funkcij naše spletne strani.

5. Orodja za analizo

Na naši spletni strani uporabljamo storitev za analizo spletnih strani Google Analytics, spletno analitično storitev podjetja Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, ZDA; v nadaljevanju “Google”). V tem okviru se ustvarjajo psevdonimizirani uporabniški profili in uporabljajo piškotki (glej točko 4). Informacije, ki jih piškotek ustvari o vaši uporabi te spletne strani, kot so tip/različica brskalnika, uporabljeni operacijski sistem, Referrer-URL (prej obiskana stran), ime gostitelja dostopajočega računalnika (IP-naslov), čas zahteve strežnika, se prenesejo na strežnik podjetja Google v ZDA in tam shranijo. Informacije se uporabljajo za ocenjevanje uporabe spletne strani, za sestavljanje poročil o dejavnostih na spletni strani in za zagotavljanje drugih storitev, povezanih z uporabo spletne strani in interneta, za namene tržnih raziskav in prilagojenega oblikovanja teh spletnih strani. Te informacije se lahko prenesejo tudi tretjim osebam, če je to zakonsko predpisano ali če tretje osebe te podatke obdelujejo po naročilu. V nobenem primeru vaš IP-naslov ne bo združen z drugimi podatki podjetja Google. IP-naslovi so anonimizirani, tako da dodelitev ni mogoča (IP-maskiranje). Namestitev piškotkov lahko preprečite z ustrezno nastavitvijo programske opreme brskalnika; vendar opozarjamo, da v tem primeru morda ne boste mogli v celoti uporabljati vseh funkcij te spletne strani. Poleg tega lahko preprečite zbiranje podatkov, ki jih ustvari piškotek in se nanašajo na vašo uporabo spletne strani (vklj. z vašim IP-naslovom), ter obdelavo teh podatkov s strani Googla, tako da prenesete in namestite dodatek za brskalnik (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=sl). Dodatne informacije o varstvu podatkov v povezavi z Google Analytics najdete v pomoči za Google Analytics (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de). Pri uporabi storitve Google Adwords Conversion Tracking se na vašo napravo namesti piškotek, če ste na to stran prišli preko oglasa na Googlu. To služi analizi in statistični oceni uporabe spletne strani. Piškotek je veljaven 30 dni. Identifikacija osebe se ne izvaja, vendar se opazuje, ali je uporabnik na stran prišel preko Googlovega oglasa. To uporabo lahko preprečite tako, da v nastavitvah brskalnika zavrnete nameščanje ustreznih piškotkov.

6. Vtičniki družbenih omrežij

Na podlagi člena 6(1)(f) GDPR se vtičniki, povezave in gumbi do spletnih strani družbenih medijev uporabljajo za namene oglaševanja in informiranja. Z vgradnjo teh elementov se ob obisku naše strani podatki prenesejo ustreznim ponudnikom družbenih medijev, po potrebi tudi v tretje države. Te podatke ponudniki shranijo in obdelajo; zlasti lahko ponudnik, če ste hkrati prijavljeni pri ponudnikih družbenih medijev, prepozna obisk naše spletne strani. Tudi če objave z naše spletne strani v družbenem omrežju “delite” ali kako drugače posredujete (“všečkate”), se to posreduje ponudniku in ta to shrani, po potrebi tudi v vašem uporabniškem profilu. Družbena omrežja te podatke uporabljajo za poslovne namene, trženje, oglaševanje in druge namene, zlasti tudi za ustvarjanje profilov o vas in za zagotavljanje personaliziranega oglaševanja. Namen in obseg zbiranja podatkov ter nadaljnjo obdelavo in uporabo podatkov s strani Facebooka ter vaše pravice in možnosti nastavitev za zaščito vaše zasebnosti najdete v Facebookovih navodilih o varstvu podatkov (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/).

7. Pravice posameznikov, na katere se nanašajo osebni podatki

8. Varnost podatkov

Za zagotavljanje varnosti podatkov se prenos vsebine naše spletne strani izvaja šifrirano po postopku SSL v skladu s stanjem tehnike. Za zavarovanje podatkov mi in pooblaščeni ponudniki storitev, s katerimi so bili sklenjeni ustrezni pogodbeni dogovori, uporabljamo primerne ukrepe v skladu s stanjem tehnike, zlasti za omejitev dostopa do podatkov, za zaščito pred spremembami in izgubo ter za zaupnost v skladu s stanjem tehnike.

9. Stanje in posodobitev te izjave o varstvu podatkov

Ta izjava o varstvu podatkov je z dne 25.05.2018. Pridržujemo si pravico, da izjavo o varstvu podatkov občasno posodobimo, da bi izboljšali in/ali prilagodili varstvo podatkov.
